We currently offer shipping across all of Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, and all other cities and governorates.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time of purchase. You will receive a call from our team to proceed with shipping and an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options, including:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.
Express Shipping: Same-day delivery in Cairo for urgent orders.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected during checkout.

Shipping costs are free.

While we strive to provide timely deliveries, please note that delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or local holidays. We will notify you immediately if there are any significant delays with your order.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we plan to expand our shipping options in the future.
