About This Game

Catan: Cities & Knights is an expansion for the base game of Catan that adds more strategic depth for 3-4 players by introducing city improvements, a barbarian invasion, and new commodities. Players must upgrade their settlements to cities, build knights to defend against barbarian attacks, and advance on trade, science, and politics tracks to gain new abilities and points. The goal is still to reach 10 victory points first, but now with the added challenges of a stronger military and a more complex economy.
