Coup: Reformation is an expansion for the card game Coup that adds team-based gameplay by introducing factions, increasing the player count to up to 10, and adding new character cards like the Inquisitor. Players must choose to be either a Loyalist or a Reformist, and can only target members of the opposing faction in the early game, though this shifts to an in-fighting free-for-all once one faction is eliminated. The expansion maintains the base game's core mechanics of bluffing, deception, and strategic role-claiming, but with a new fluid team dynamic.
